Or ‘Countach’, as most people call it without including the odd (but meaningful) letters and numbers.

But that’s beside the point, because the point is this Lamborghini was delivered in a box.

And the guy that was filming the delivery was left speechless.

The reason why this car collector was shocked

If you buy a Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4 that’s worth $3 million – or any other supercar for that matter – you expect it to be delivered in a cocoon wrapped in velvet or something.

You don’t expect it to be delivered in a gigantic crate made of wood.

But that’s exactly what happened.

The Stradman

James Condon, who goes by TheStradman on social media, filmed the whole unboxing process.

He made it clear that’s not his car but he still thought the whole thing was a little bizzarre.

“I love that the crate is just labeled as ‘miscellaneous’,” he said in the video.

Who knows, maybe Lamborghini would use the same exact label if they had to send a box of pencils or something.

The story behind the Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4

The Stradman

The Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4 was introduced in 2022 as a modern-day tribute to the original Countach from the 1970s.

The name originated from the expression ‘contacc‘, which is more or less the Piedmontese equivalent to ‘dang it’ in English.

For the modern-day Countach, Lamborghini added LPI, which stands for longitudinale posteriore (because the engine is longitudinally positioned) and ibrida, because this is a hybrid.

The number 800 is a reference to its power in metric horsepower, 800, and ‘4’ describes the fact that this car is four-wheel drive.

Only 112 will be built, which makes it one of the most exclusive Lambos ever built.

According to The Stradman, is the first one in Utah.
