Hidden garages across the UK are storing McLaren supercars, rare Ferraris, and Porsche GT cars in private collections that rival some of the world’s most prestigious museums.

These cars are kept far from the public eye, behind unmarked doors and quiet industrial estates.

Inside, conditions are immaculate, designed to preserve and showcase automotive icons in near-perfect form.

And now we’re getting an inside look at some of them.

One location, DK Engineering, featured a white McLaren F1 placed beside a Ferrari 250 LM and a Porsche GT1.

Additional highlights included a Porsche 2.7 RS Touring and a Gordon Murray T.50, styled with a central driving position and stripped of any hybrid tech.

The lineup also featured multiple rare Ferraris such as a 250 Tour de France, a 250 California Spider, and a 275 GTB.

Every car appeared pristine, with presentation quality that rivaled concours-level exhibitions.

Another building on the property revealed even more hidden garages containing a Huayra BC Roadster in exposed carbon fiber, a Venturi 400 GT nicknamed the ‘French F40,’ a Porsche 997 Sport Classic, and a Jaguar XKSS.

Cars like a Testarossa Drag build and a showroom-polished Jaguar E-type further elevated the lineup.

Each room was designed to enhance the cars visually, using clean floors and architectural lighting that made the metalwork appear sculptural.

Further access into Joe Macari’s collection revealed a more traditional dealership layout, though no less exclusive.

Multiple McLaren supercars were present, including both a road car and a GTR variant, bringing the total seen across the day to three McLaren F1s.

Surrounding them were a Ferrari FXX-K, LaFerrari examples in white and black, a Ferrari 275, and a Porsche 993 GT2.

A purple Aston Martin Valkyrie added to the visual impact, with every car appearing ready for the road.

Beyond static displays, the streets of London provided additional surprises.

A Porsche 918 Spyder with Dubai plates appeared unexpectedly, alongside numerous Bentleys, Maybachs, Rolls-Royce Phantoms, and even a wrapped 458 Spider.

The presence of Porsche GT cars and rare Ferraris on public roads reflected a culture where performance and rarity were part of everyday traffic.

The scale of these hidden garages is difficult to comprehend without seeing them.

These collections highlight the private side of British car culture, where low-profile facilities house hundreds of millions in automotive value.

The UK’s hidden garages continue to surprise, holding secrets that define the pinnacle of performance engineering.

Hidden garages throughout the UK provide a rare look at collections few ever get to see.

Featuring McLaren supercars, rare Ferraris, and Porsche GT cars, these private locations offer a glimpse into a world where craftsmanship, rarity, and passion converge.

While luxury may be visible on city streets, the true heart of automotive heritage is kept behind closed doors.
