Is it a Bugatti or a vintage Volga car? The content creators and mechanics behind Axes: Garage took a bit of column A and a bit of column B and made this controversial and head-turning mashup car.
They created this hybrid car over a three-year period by combining a Ford base with a 1950s Soviet Volga front and a Bugatti-inspired BMW E63 rear end.
Using a 3D model to ensure accurate dimensions, they were then able to make structural adjustments to the BMW before constructing the car’s body panels via fiberglass bodywork.
The spoiler, bumpers, and fenders were custom-made using fiberglass, PVC plastic, and 3D models for precision, before work on the exhaust system, paint, and final assembly completed the ambitious project.
