The Sultan of Brunei owns the world’s largest private car collection, but the identity of all the cars in it have been a secret for decades — until now, sort of.
Someone on Instagram has been leaking images of the cars in this luxury car collection since yesterday, and they’re still going.
It would take them quite a long time to put all the cars online, considering that the collection is 7,000 cars strong.
That includes hundreds of Rolls-Royces, Bentleys, Ferraris, and almost all of the luxury brands you can think of.

Leaked photos of all cars owned by The Sultan of Brunei
The Sultan of Brunei started collecting cars decades ago and now has the most luxurious and largest car collection today.
These photos, however, seem to be older — likely from the 2000s.
They might have come from a staff member who had access to the Sultan’s private garage, but that will probably remain a mystery.
As for the cars, the rumors – and some confirmations – seem to hold true.
We already saw a glimpse of this car collection in never-seen-before photos earlier this year.
Those photos were also taken much longer ago and only surfaced recently.
From what we knew already, the Sultan of Brunei owned hundreds, if not thousands, of Rolls-Royce and Bentley models.
After all, half of all cars produced by both brands were delivered to him between the early and mid-1990s.
Inside the massive car collection
The most recent leaked photos show dozens of cars parked in a color-coded manner.
Yes, most collectors sort their cars by brand or make — but when you have thousands of cars, sorting them by color seems viable.
Prince Jefri Bolkiah built this collection alongside his son, but some cars had to be given away because Prince Jefri became involved in legal trouble.
The leaked Instagram photos are divided into two accounts: brunei_cars_2001 and taffy_c_s_145.
Both accounts showed a lot of Ferraris, which included bespoke examples like the Ferrari 456GT Estate and various colors of the same car like the Ferrari F90.
There were also exclusive Bentleys and rare gems like the McLaren F1 LM.
Among these photos, the world’s most expensive royal car, the Rolls-Royce Silver Spur II, was nowhere to be seen.
We obviously can’t list every car that was leaked, but the owner of one of those Instagram accounts uploaded all the photos to a Google Drive folder, which is sorted by brands, by the way.
That’s helpful of them.
All things considered, it’s a pretty sad sight because most of these cars have been sitting in a garage throughout their lives.
