Cybertrucks are known to be able to handle many tasks that are thrown at them, including towing unexpected precious cargo.

So, when a Cybertruck was spotted towing a rocket engine, people were amazed.

But when footage of a 1972 Chevy towing something even more unexpected was shown, gearheads all over the world were left shocked.

In the EV world, Tesla leads the game. So when there was word of an EV pickup truck being released, car enthusiasts got excited.

When Cybertrucks finally started rolling off the shop floor, many gearheads decided to put them through tough tests to see what they were capable of.

And, in potentially the toughest test ever, a Cybertruck was pushed to the limit towing a mammoth rocket engine.

The unusual event happened in Texas. And footage captured by one YouTuber, Starship Gazer, shows the back of the truck being overshadowed by an RVac Starship engine.

But things were set to get even more interesting.

As if the Cybertruck towing a whole rocket engine wasn’t cool enough, a smaller, older, and arguably less capable truck was spotted guiding a very precious piece of cargo.

In footage shared online by Mac’s Motor City Garage, a 1972 Chevy towed a huge American Airlines Boeing 747, which reportedly weighed over 460,000lbs.

The sight is rather unexpected, you have to admit. But the small pickup managed to move the aircraft with its strong V8 engine.

Online, some auto enthusiasts simply couldn’t believe the sight.

“I’ll take the Chevy,” said one social media user.

“Battery powered against raw fuel engines. Lol. The raw fuel will win every time,” one person commented.

“Love those old commercials,” said another.

This isn’t the first time that a Chevy has been put to the ultimate test, either.

After all, we can’t forget the time that a woman in California filmed how a Chevrolet SUV remarkably withstood a 5.2 magnitude earthquake.

You can catch all the towing action below, thanks to the resurfaced vintage footage.
