A digital artist has created a luxurious Century SUV-pickup truck hybrid concept, and Toyota could make it a reality.
The Century SUV has often been touted as the Japanese answer to the Rolls-Royce Cullinan – it’s extravagant, stylish, and sophisticated.
But digital artist Theophilus Chin (known online as Theottle) put a different spin on it by turning it into a pickup truck.
It’s certainly an interesting concept, and there are rumors it could even become a reality.

We’ve seen artists have a lot of fun with cars over the years.
One Texas artist’s custom 1957 Chevy Bel Air has won so many competitions that it’s been banned from several shows.
Another creative is roaming the streets at night, turning parked cars into DIY supercars.
Then there’s the guy who does live calligraphy on a $200k Bentley at a Qatari festival – no pressure then.
And who could forget the full-size Ferrari sculpture made out of ice?
But it’s not just in the physical realm that artists are wowing us with their creativity.
One digital artist has created a concept car that looks so good, people are calling for it to go into production.
Theophilus Chin (known online as Theottle) has put his own spin on the Toyota Century SUV by turning it into a pickup truck.
Borrowing some design cues from the Tundra, the end result looks like the best of both worlds.
It’s perfect for hitting up the country club and an off-road adventure.
The front end is still intact, with the grille and the wheel arches.
But a 5.5-foot rear bed and spacious cabin make for a more formidable looking vehicle.
As it currently stands, a Century truck isn’t something that Toyota makes.
However, it’s not totally out of the question as the manufacturer already offers a high level of customization for the SUV.
It certainly wouldn’t come cheap, but it’s possible that somebody might want it that bad they’d be willing to pay the big bucks.
The question remains – who is going to put up the dough to see what this idea would look like in real life?
