Pagani Utopia with moondust paint spotted for the first time since Indian-American businessman ordered it

This Pagani Utopia has been painted with actual moon dust for its new owner, Indian-American businessman Kris Singh.

Singh has a truly incredible car collection stuffed with the likes of Lamborghinis, Koenigseggs, and Porsches.

But even by his high standards, his upcoming Pagani Utopia delivery is extra special.

It’s not every day you see a car that’s got real deal moon dust in the paintwork.

But that’s exactly the vehicle Singh is set to get his hands on with his new Pagani Utopia.

The businessman had initially planned to have his Aston Martin Valkyrie painted with the moon dust-infused paint, but it seems that Aston Martin was reluctant to take on the unusual job.

Undeterred, Singh decided to forge ahead with his moon dust plans, but this time on his Pagani Utopia.

“Ladies and Gentlemen, it brings me great pleasure to announce that the first automotive brand to use actual moon rock in a complex paint formula will be the brand closest to my heart: Pagani,” he wrote in a lengthy post on Instagram last year.

The special paint was developed by Karosserie using finely ground moon rock.

In the post, Singh said the company was whipping up an ‘epic new color never seen before for a very, very, special machine’.

Pretty cool, right?

Singh went on to say that the new car would be ready in about a year or so.

It’s thought that Singh had wanted his Valkyrie painted in a vivid ‘Lunar Red’, but an image shared on the supercarsco06 Instagram page recently appeared to reveal that he’s opted for a moon-appropriate shade of white for the Utopia.

In the snap, the car is mostly covered by a black sheet, but you can just about glimpse what appears to be a blue and white strip across the front.

It’s not clear if Singh has opted for a manual or automatic for his new vehicle, but either way, it will come with a 6.0 liter twin-turbo V12 engine that produces 864 horsepower.

A truly out of this world supercar (sorry).
