The new Bentley Batur Convertible by Mulliner is here with 730hp at its disposal and a unique ‘One plus One’ interior.
When Bentley calls it ‘One plus One’, what the company means is you’ve got a color scheme for the passenger and then a different one for the driver.
That’s certainly interesting.
And there’s more good news.

The feature that sets the Bentley Batur Convertible apart
The new Bentley Batur Convertible is the latest Mulliner creation – Bentley’s in-house coachbuilder – and it is powered by a W12 engine with two turbos and 730hp.
The supercar is finished in Opalite with Beluga and Mandarin accents, but the truly unique thing about it is the ‘One plus One’ layout separating the driver and the passenger.
The cockpit side features Beluga hide with Mandarin and Linen accents, while the passenger seat features Linen and Mandarin stitching.
You also get matching suitcases, which is a nice touch.
And by the way, if you happen to be in California later this month, you could go check it out in person as the Batur Convertible is set to make its public debut at the upcoming Monterey Car Week.
About the Batur
The Batur was first unveiled as Bentley’s most powerful vehicle ever, a little over a year ago, followed by a convertible version a few months later.
The main reason Bentley launched the Batur was to showcase what Mulliner, the company’s in-house coachbuilder, can do.
The Batur is limited in terms of production and, more to the point, no two Baturs are the same.
This is standard practice when it comes to automakers of this caliber.
Different brands provide different figures but, broadly speaking, manufacturers like Bentley make a point of reminding everyone that they basically never sell a ‘standard’ car.
All cars are customized.
And it’s easy to see why.
