This guy covered his Porsche Cayenne Coupe in Christmas lights, and he’s now taken them off.

The car looked good with the lights on, very Christmassy, but it doesn’t look as good now.

Mainly because the pink Porsche has now been ruined by patches of glue.

But it isn’t the end of the world because they will – presumably – come off.

Gon Olivier, a TikTok creator who goes by itsgonoliver on the platform, shared a few videos about his pink Porsche Cayenne Coupe, which he decorated with Christmas lights.

The car looks great, definitely TikTok-friendly, which presumably was the whole point, but there’s a problem.

Now the content creator has removed the lights, which had of course been applied using glues.

As a result, the car is now ruined by patches of dried glue everywhere.

It’s probably going to take time, and patience, but the glue should come off without damaging the car.

Hopefully.

Especially because that does look like actual paint, not a wrap you can just replace.

When cars become Christmas presents

Any old excuse to buy, decorate, or modify a car is welcome, and one of the year’s most important festivities is as good as any.

This content creator certainly did a good job with this Cayenne, even though removing the glue will probably be a headache.

Speaking of content creators, just last week a YouTuber gave his mechanic a brand-new car just in time for December 25th.

That’s a nice gesture, and also an impressive one.

But it was probably not as impressive as the hypercar parade where every car was decorated like a Christmas tree.

But the crown probably goes to the dealership that chose to decorate a Bugatti Chiron, of all cars, with Christmas lights.

Imagine that.
