He found the car online, and even though the mileage was high, he was in for a wild ride.

The manual Porsche was a 2003 model, and you simply wouldn’t be able to tell the age of the car from its appearance.

It came complete with an X50 package too, alongside a powerful six-speed transmission, but just wait until you take a peek inside.

The Porsche 911 Turbo is a powerful car with a steep history behind it.

But, thanks to its popularity, a hefty price tag is attached.

However, one gearhead lucked out when he found one for sale while scrolling on Facebook Marketplace.

Marius Drives

YouTuber Marius Drives revealed that he bought himself the cheapest manual 911 Turbo, in a condition that was more than satisfactory.

“It was the cheapest 911 Turbo, six-speed manual that I have seen anywhere online, at least here in the US.

“The listing was for $45,000, I ended up paying $40,000,” he explained.

Not only was the car just $40,000, but the 2003 model also came boasting the sought-after x50 package. Plus, it an aero kit – talk about hitting the jackpot.

And, even though the cheapest manual Porsche 911 Turbo in the US had 146,000 miles on the clock, they were mostly highway miles, thanks to the previous owner commuting in the car.

But the winning factor? The pristine interior.

Because the previous owners used the car to commute, the passenger seat was pretty much untouched, and it could even pass for a 46,000-mile car.

The exterior of the Porsche needed some TLC, however. And a few things needed altering, such as the B6 suspension, but essentially, the 20-year-old car was in impeccable condition.

“Overall, the car is really nice,” explained the gearhead.

The Porsche 911 is one of the most popular cars in the world

The Porsche 911 was initially launched in Frankfurt, Germany, in 1963, with production of the car starting a year later at the Zuffenhausen factory.

And, since its release, it has gone from strength to strength.

In fact, the car has some pretty high-profile fans.

They include music star The Weeknd, whose cheapest car is a 911. Plus, the Miami Police Department also took a liking to the cars, with the cops using the slick ride to send signals to criminals in the 90s.

Marius Drives certainly hit the jackpot with his 2003 Porsche 911 Turbo. And after he’s put his spin on it, we’re sure the car will look suave when zooming down the freeway in no time.
