This New Jersey luxury car dealer and YouTuber showed off a day in his life at work, including a negotiation with a customer who was looking at buying a BMW M4.
The customer had an interesting requirement that he wanted fulfilled before he was happy with the price of the car.
The dealer mainly disagreed with the potential buyer because the car had only arrived at the dealership just nine days previously and was already at a reduced price.
They were in a stand-off for a while, but the negotiation ended with a practical joke on the buyer’s son, so clearly there were no hard feelings.

The buyer’s interesting requirement to buy the BMW M4
Luxury car dealer and YouTuber George J Saliba was pleased when they’d gotten a used gray BMW M4 to sell at his dealership.
After only nine days at its new home, a potential buyer was incredibly interested in purchasing it and so he visited the dealership with his son.
The BMW M4 was on sale at the dealership for $63,000, which was already a bargain considering how expensive these cars are.
Even though the car was in an incredible state, the buyer still wanted $1000 off of the price, as he pointed out there was some very minor scuffing on the diffuser and a small scratch on the back of the car, as well as the damage fixed.
The negotiation goes south
George was clearly surprised at the buyer’s request for the car at $62,000 plus the damage fixed, and he pointed out that in the last nine days, they had already had 25 leads for a higher price.
The dealer eventually counteroffered with an $800 discount and no repairs because he explained that if this buyer didn’t want the car, 25 other people would.
The potential buyer revealed that a different staff member had promised him a $1000 discount over the phone, but had not told George.
George eventually relented, letting the buyer take the car for $62,000 with no repairs and both parties walked away satisfied.
However, right before he left, the father asked George if he could play a practical joke on his son and tell him that he’d actually decided to not take the BMW M4 anyway.
George complied and it led to some very funny viewing.
The moral of the story is that you miss 100 percent of the shots you don’t take and it was worth it for these buyers and their sweet $1000 discount.
