This Kansas man got crafty and built an ‘unstoppable’ semi-truck to plough through everything – and it looked like GTA’s Phantom Wedge.

The truck was a passion project and a half that stemmed from a rather wholesome idea.

But, to make the project come to life, common sense and a cleverly crafted plan were needed.

So, with a plan and a huge semi-truck purchase, the man got to work, and the results that followed will surprise you.

Trucks can come in all different shapes and sizes.

They have many different uses and varying power engines depending on their size and purpose.

For example, one type, the squatted truck, is now even banned in the state of Arkansas.

Plus, popstar Post Malone commissioned a pair of custom Ford trucks with wildly different styles to celebrate an album release, proving celebrities love them too.

But this YouTuber is creating a truck that you’ve likely never seen before.

Westen Champlin is no stranger to creating an out-of-the-box concept, especially when it comes to all things autos.

But now, he’s dipped his toes into the world of semi-trucks.

The idea all stemmed from Mythbusters, and the use of a plough to build an unstoppable semi-truck.

Westen Champlin

To kickstart the idea into action, the YouTuber bought a $4,000 Freightliner semi-truck as the basis of the machine and got to work designing the huge plough for the front.

Yoy may be thinking that idea sounds and seems familiar, and you’d be correct.

Westen’s creation bears a striking resemblance to GTA’s phantom wedge.

After building the unusual semi-truck, the time came to test it out on a huge scale.

So in true style, Westen took the truck to an old World War II air strip, with 17 cars, three campers, two boats, and some barrels to hit.

And, as you’d expect, the semi-truck and huge plough completed the job with ease, absolutely breezing through the destruction line of vehicles.

“We built this better than Mythbusters did,” the YouTuber concluded

Take a look at all of the semi-truck plough action below.
