When you are a billionaire like Jeff Bezos, you feel like you can do pretty much anything, like shut down Fifth Avenue just to crane a couch into your $119 million NYC penthouse.

There’s very little wrong with living in a penthouse, in fact it’s one of the coolest things ever, but the problems begin when you want to get new furniture delivered, and Bezos has ordered nothing that comes flat-packed.

Instead of trying to squeeze an oversized couch into an elevator, the billionaire just had a small crane deliver it through a window.

It seems, as always, its always mo’ money mo’ problems, especially when you have to shut down one of NYC’s busiest streets.

When you’ve got a fleet of awesome superyachts and a plethora of expensive mansions, it seems the lifestyle of a billionaire is easy.

However, when it comes to moving furniture into his penthouse apartment, billionaire Jeff bezos struggled to get his new sofa in its new home.

Instead of buying flat-pack like a lot of us would, the billionaire decided to buy a new sofa and have it craned in through a window, because obviously it was not going to fit in the elevator or go up the stairs.

Luckily for Bezos, he has enough power and influence to get one of NYC’s busiest streets shut down so that he could do his move in day for his new sofa.

We don’t know which of the five penthouse apartments he owns that the new sofa was destined for, but it had to be one of the 24-storey 212 Fifth Avenue apartments.

This is not the first time we have seen billionaires have their belongings delivered to their apartments in the sky, but this whole operation would have cost the billionaire $20,000 a day.

It’s mo’ money mo’ problems when it comes to having your expensive furniture delivered to one of your five luxury penthouses overlooking Madison Square Park.
