These Idaho guys bought the world’s worst excavators from the budget dropshipping company Temu, just to try and reach a camper left at the top of a mountain.

The group had to use their cheap and unpowered heavy machinery to get through really rough terrain, steep hill climbs, and even swamps.

Their goal? Reach a school bus camper left at the top of Ethan’s Mountain and get there in…style?

Using Temu’s worst mini excavators, mini dump trucks, and even a little skid steer, the group had many fails and wins along the way, but they certainly tried to get there together.

If you can’t get the world’s worst excavators from Temu up the mountain, take the mountain to them

This seems like a very extreme off-road challenge: to buy the world’s worst excavators from Temu to try to reach a school bus camper at the top of Ethan’s Mountain.

They had three crates filled with different low-powered machinery one was a bright yellow, clutch-operated mini dump truck with poorly translated instructions, a tiny skid-steer, and a $7,500 Temu mini excavator.

They modded each of their vehicles for an off-road challenge, adding chainsaws, racks, and decals, and when they set off on their adventure, they immediately faced issues.

Can they reach the camper?

The goal was to reach a school bus camper parked at the top of Ethan’s Mountain, but immediately, one of the team, Ethan’s excavator loses a track and needed repairs.

They powered through a swamp, discussing and laughing about the fun and misery of their rides.

The skid steer is most fun and useful, the dump truck is mostly capable, but the Temu Excavator is painfully slow.

They camped out in hammocks and tents and dealt with mosquitoes, but also got to admire the stars together overnight, which was a wholesome moment.

Eventually, they get through the ‘swamp of destiny’ and use a vertical winch to get to the camper at the top of the mountain, a very well-deserved feat considering their crazy mechanical equipment.
