The 2017 World’s Stronger Man winner bought the container at an auction without having any idea about what was inside.

A risky move, right?

But one that certainly paid off for Hall when the contents were revealed.

Eddie Hall parted with $17,000 to get his hands on the unit

Thanks to shows like Storage Wars and Storage Hunters, there are plenty of folks out there who are keen to snap up a storage unit to try and make a profit.

One such person was former strongman Eddie Hall – who once drove to a McDonald’s drive-thru in a tank.

Eddie Hall the Beast

Despite having no clue about what was inside, Hall parted with $17,000 (£14,000) to get his hands on the container.

And he wasted no time cracking it open to reveal what was inside.

In a clip shared to his YouTube channel, Hall uses a pair of bolt cutters to get into the container, and at first glance, it looked like he could be set up for disappointment.

The unit had a couple of sofas, an armchair, and an old TV.

However, as he dug further through the unit he unearthed some much more interesting treasures, including a model train collection and a toolbox full of tools.

All of which Hall thinks could pull in around $3,650.

The storage unit also held a couple of safes, which Hall managed to get open with the help of his trusty tank.

Inside, he found a bunch of sand, but hidden within the sand was a diamond ring, 12 gold coins, and some vintage UK coins.

Not a bad haul for Hall, and it wasn’t over yet – because at the back of the container there was a car covered in a tarp

Hall whisked off the cover to reveal a 2007 Bentley Arnage – worth around $50,000.

The silver car looked to be in immaculate condition, with Hall noting ‘there’s not a scratch on it’.

In total, the strongman reckons the contents of his container came to around $59,700 – meaning he made a profit of $42,700.

Impressive stuff.
