An abandoned airplane hanger in Pennsylvania houses 20 classic American muscle cars.
Most of these iconic models range from the 1950s to the 1960s and the collection includes rare pieces like Buicks, Pontiacs, and Cadillacs.
Left untouched for years, these cars have soon pretty obvious signs of aging but have the potential to be restored to their former glory.
An attempt to purchase the entire collection was made, but unfortunately, the deal fell through – meaning these classic muscle cars will have to wait patiently before they can return to the roads.

The collection, hidden away in this forgotten hangar, was recently discovered by the team at IronTrap Garage, who stumbled upon this rare find while exploring the area.
They documented the complete story of the find on their YouTube channel.
The hidden aircraft hanger housed rare cars like the 1964 Buick Riviera and the 1965 Pontiac Bonneville Convertible.
These cars certainly needed some attention: the interiors had been well worn out, however, their bodies still held up well all these years.
Other cars that caught attention were two Boat Tail Rivieras – a 1972 and 1973 model.
These classic abandoned cars were all about luxury in their day, but now, they’re simply gathering dust.

A 1960 Buick Electra with tailfins couldn’t be overlooked.
Its eye-catching fins and luxurious touches like power windows and a smooth V8 engine made it a desirable automobile of its time.
Other notable classic muscle cars in the airplane hanger included a 1963 Chrysler Imperial, 1955 Packard, and a 1956 DeSoto.
40 years is a long time, so we hope these cars will find new owners soon, receive some much-needed TLC, and hit the road again.
