Aston Martin unveiled a one-off DB12 Volante Palm Beach Edition as a tribute to Palm Beach, Florida.
The car is also a bespoke Q commission, built specifically for an elite Aston owner whose identity wasn’t revealed.
It looks stunning, and you can tell why they called it the Palm Beach Edition.
Only two questions remain – but more on that later.

This open-top Super Tourer is painted in Frosted Glass Blue, a tribute to the color of the ocean in Palm Beach, Florida.
The exterior was sprayed by hand, by the way, and is complemented by pinstripes on splitters, sills, and bumpers in a tone that Aston calls Club Sport White.
The five-spoke wheels in Gloss Jet Black complete the visual package.
The interior was inspired by nautical motifs, with Aurora Blue and Ivory for the leather upholstery, and there’s also an element in a completely different color to offset the whole thing.
In this case, Aston went for Spicy Red contrast stitching.
Part of the reason why Aston built this one-off DB12 Volante Palm Beach Edition, aside from the obvious tribute to Palm Beach, is to showcase what Q by Aston Martin can do.
Q is to Aston what Mulliner is to Bentley, an in-house coachbuilder and design specialist for the brands’ SUVs, grand tourers and sedans.
So, which two questions are currently unanswered, I hear you ask.
The first question is about the engine, and we have an answer: it’s the same exact 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 as the standard model.
It produces 670 horsepower, and it gives the car a top speed of 202mph.
The second question is about the price, and unfortunately, that’ll remain unanswered for the time being.
The standard Aston Martin DB12 Volante has a starting MSRP of around $265,000, so this’ll definitely be more expensive than that.
