These Americans unboxed the cheapest Chinese truck they could find on Alibaba, and they were shocked at what they got.

It took four months for this truck to arrive at the office of YouTube channel Donut.

The truck was picked up for $8,000, which is an undeniable bargain.

But would that be $8k well spent?

We’ve seen people order a lot of awesome stuff from China.

There was one guy from Nashville who snagged a $6,500 ‘Italian’ bike made in China, and another who got a $1.5k sports bike that took six months to ship to the US.

A ton of these awesome purchases come from none other than Alibaba, a Chinese online market site.

Donut

You can find a whole range of things on there, from budget supercars to food trucks.

For the YouTube channel Donut, a truck was what they had their eyes on.

This could have very well been the cheapest Chinese truck out there, with a measly $8,000 price tag.

After the four-month shipping wait was over, it was time for the moment of truth.

When the cardboard was torn off, would this truck prove to be worth the wait and the cash?

It’s certainly small, that’s for sure.

Well, not so small that a bunch of guys couldn’t fit in the truck’s bed.

And it certainly held its own when they decided to do a tug of war with it.

Well, we say that, but it just took three to get an advantage over the truck.

“These are just a bunch of strong boys, that or it’s really weak,” the driver remarked.

“It’s the second one,” one of his friends replied.

Bringing back some plywood from the hardware store did make the truck look a little ridiculous, we have to admit.

The video also saw the Donut team pick up a box of doughnuts, which is undeniably very meta.

In conclusion, they decided that, although the truck had been fun to drive, it wasn’t worth the $8,000 they’d spent.

To see the truck for yourself and draw your own conclusions, head over to Donut’s YouTube channel.
