A brand new Honda 0 prototype was spotted in Japan, and a very familiar face was behind the wheel – F1’s Max Verstappen.
The racing driver was spotted alongside other Red Bull greats sampling a new prototype SUV.
The new SUV is set to be brought into production in 2026.

Max Verstappen loves all things fast and furious
As you might expect, Max Verstappen is no stranger to a fast car.
The F1 driver has even taken his love for speed off of the racing track.
The athlete even recently took delivery of brand-new $13 million superyacht after two years of waiting.
He has a thing for airborne speed too it seems as he was also captured touching down in his new private plane in London.
At the moment, though, his most recent venture has seen him stick to his road racing roots as he was seen driving a new prototype in Tokyo.
But now, the car has made a public appearance at a car event, with the expectation that it will enter into production next year.

The new set of wheels has a clever ‘Thin, Light and Wise’ motto, which is seen and echoed in the cabin, along with lashings of space.

Thanks to Honda’s new technology, the car is set to be a truly personalized affair, made possible by the company’s operating system, ASIMO OS.
The mid-size SUV is set to take the auto world by storm, that’s for sure.
The wait for the car to be distributed isn’t that long, either. North Americans get first dibs, followed by other areas of the globe, including Europe and Japan.
Other drivers also got behind the wheel of the Honda
Liam Lawson and Yuki Tsunoda, alongside Isack Hadjar all took part in the event ahead of the 2025 Japanese Grand Prix that is set to take place at Suzuka Circuit.
Hey, if it’s good enough for Verstappen and other F1 superstars, we’re sure it will be more than good enough for us.
Just think, you can even claim that your daily driver is the same as a famous athlete’s – now that is a statement worth sharing.
