Miami car dealership shares moment one-off Ferrari gets delivered and it’s a total unheard-of unicorn

This Miami dealership has just received a one-off Ferrari, and as it arrives in shop, the unheard-of unicorn turns out to be a beautiful ahead-of-its-time Gemballa Testarossa.

Since the beginning of automotive history, supercar makers have been creating unique builds for their most high-profile customers and friends.

Most of these end up in museums or get tucked away in dusty collections that will be worth fortunes in years to come.

But not this Ferrari Gemballa Testarossa, which is a 1987 unicorn that has just rolled into the ‘Curated’ garage in Miami.

Miami dealership showcases one-off Ferrari

Ferrari has a number of beautiful custom supercars.

While many have been snapped up by related personnel, such as F1 stars Charles Leclerc’s SF90 XX Stradale and Carlos Sainz’s Dayton SP3, other older unicorns have been passed around.

One of these custom-made supercars was a Ferrari Gemballa Testarossa – a twist on the popular series named after Uwe Gemballa, founder of the renowned namesake Porsche tuning company and a manufacturing legend.

Popular Miami dealership Curated recently saw this car roll off a trailer and through its front doors, and it truly is a beauty.

We Are Curated

The 1987 car was rather different from anything else in the Testarossa series, as Gemballa was known for being ahead of his time.

For starters, the Gemballa Testarossa is four inches wider than the stock supercar.

It comes with different headlights to accommodate the stretched look, a new front hood, and carbon Kevlar fenders for the front and rear.

Inside is where Gemballa really took it up a notch.

The interior came with an early TV screen with cameras, custom leather-wrapped gauges, and steering wheel volume controls – like an F1 pad – which was years ahead of its time.

We Are Curated

This time capsule puts the uni in unique.

Ferrari has recently outlined that it intends to create more of these bespoke supercars, which could even see the return of the iconic stick shift after 13 years.

Maybe, in a decade, we’ll be reading about a dealership getting delivery of the soon-to-be-made Ferrari F40 revival made solely for Lewis Hamilton.
