The flagship racecar for Toyota’s modern age has been one of the more impressive sets of wheels that have been produced in the last five years, earning it a spot on Forbes’ Best Sports Cars list among other accolades.
So in true fashion, Toyota is crossing the chequered flag in style.

Toyota GR Supra A90 gets significant upgrades for Final Edition
The iconic Toyota GR Supra A90 is already quite the beast, having been popularised by the Fast & Furious franchise.
The late Paul Walker’s Toyota Supra, for example, sold for more than 10 times its original price.
As it bows out of production soon, the manufacturers have added one final wave of upgrades.
Toyota has just unveiled plans for the Final Edition to get enhancements to its engine, chassis, and aerodynamics.
Modifications to the BMW-sourced engine will squeeze a final 94hp (totaling 429hp), with an emphasis on sending more power to the rear wheels.
A Chassis upgrade is inspired by the GT4 racecar and will harmoniously interact with a brand-new KW suspension that will vastly increase handling.
The Final Edition will be limited to just 300 units for Japan and Europe though, making this supercar quite the rarity.

Not only will Toyota be rolling out this new limited production Toyota GR Supra A90 version, the standard build will also be getting some upgrades for its curtain call time in the limelight.
The Standard Edition Toyota GR Supra A90 will get improvements to become a ‘lightweight’ version of its original design, mainly getting some boosts to the performance of the shock absorbers, suspension, and power steering.
Previous modifications to the Supra went down a storm with fans, and Toyota will hope that this beloved car will get that send-off it deserves.
It’s not a final goodbye from Toyota racecars though, more like a ‘see you later’, as officials in the company revealed that a new model is in the works, although details are sparse.
