Bugatti recently shared exciting designs that were considered before the final version of the Chiron was created.

These designs were developed back in 2008, during the early stages of the car’s journey.

Bugatti Newsroom revealed several scale models, each one suggesting something unique.

The unseen designs of the Bugatti Chiron

While some designs looked more bold and aggressive, others leaned towards a more classic look. It’s fascinating to see how many different directions Bugatti explored while working on the Chiron.

Among the designs, several featured elevated air intakes behind the front glass, giving them a striking appearance.

Other designs included wraparound windshields, subtle differences in rear lights, and various small variations.

While there might be variations in designs, one thing was clear – the brand’s top priority was always to create the fastest production car ever.

These unseen designs were shared by the brand before the upcoming event at the Nationales Automuseum, which will take place on the 8th and 9th of November.

The event will celebrate Bugatti’s history and show unknown materials and images from its archives.

Former Bugatti design director Achim Anscheidt will discuss the design process and the journey that led to the Chiron.

In addition to the Bugatti Chiron designs, the newsroom also revealed a study of the Bugatti Atlantic, known for being one of the most luxurious-looking Bugatti cars of all time.

The images also showed some of the oldest models, like the Bugatti Type 59/50 S, Type 32, and the Rothschild Type 57S Atlantic, along with newer models like the Bugatti T35, showing the brand’s long journey.

A quick look at these images shows how the Chiron evolved from simple concepts and sketches into one of the greatest cars ever produced.
