A 2013 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 muscle car listed for sale in Wyoming has failed to sell despite its low mileage and great price.
The American muscle car didn’t hit its reserve price, meaning someone may have missed out on a bargain.
This particular Camaro has less than 10,000 miles on the odometer, and it’s in almost brand-new condition.
With a clean title and Carfax report, it’s a surprise that this brilliant muscle car failed to sell.
The 2013 Camaro ZL1 has very low mileage
Despite being over 10 years old, the 2013 Camaro ZL1 has aged very well.
It’s a car that can more than hold its own against newer models.
According to the listing, the ZL1 had fewer than 9,000 miles on the odometer, confirmed by the Carfax report.
It gets better, because the car has never been involved in any accidents, either.
Meaning it has a clean title and a clean bill of health with no mechanical defects.
Under the hood is a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine, making 580HP and 556LB-FT of torque.
All that power is handled by a six-speed manual transmission, with it all going to the rear wheels.
Being a ZL1, it’s very well specced out, too.
The Camaro has a Magnetic Ride Control suspension, Brembo front brake calipers, and an aluminum hood with a carbon fiber vent.
The Camaro failed to meet its reserve
On average, a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 can sell for around $43,000.
However, this example had a reserve on it, with the highest bid only going up to $33,755.
That wasn’t enough for the muscle car to sell, which probably came as a huge surprise to its owner.
The current owner bought the Chevrolet in August 2023 and only added 2,000 miles to it during that time.
A few subtle modifications were made to the auto, including new LS9 head gaskets and a new air intake.
As this Camaro is worth just over $40,000, it’d be a surprise if the seller accepted anything less.
However, if you fancy making an offer, then why not message them to see if you can cut a sweet deal?
